The collar is highlighted with floral embroidery in dabka work and cut dana, with a lotus motif at the back center. It has functional pockets on both sides, and the collar, placket, and button area are accentuated with Banarasi border detailing. The buttons are hand-mad using tussar silk, and the loops are hand-sewn. The coat has no lining so that it is not weighed down.
